What is your teaching method?
Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is the teaching approach of our choice as it encourages communication and emphasizes interaction. We use a mix of different activities such as role-playing, interviews and games to help the students improve their fluency and communicative skills . Also, the contents of each lesson, whether they focus on grammar or vocabulary, are oriented towards communication.
Where are teachers from?
Teachers are native and professional tutors from Spain and Argentina, as we believe it is important for you to become familiar with different dialects of the Spanish language.
How should I contact the teacher?
After registering for classes, the teacher will receive your class booking information including your Skype ID, and he/she will add you to Skype and call you at the exact time you’ve booked. If the teacher is not online for the class (which rarely happens and could be due to electricity or connection problems) you can contact the administration immediately. We will reschedule your class or refund it if preferred.
What are the requirements for a good Skype call?
You need to check your connection speed, your webcam, and you should have a headset in order to hear and talk to the teacher. A good idea is to call a friend before so that you can check your Skype is working well. Try not to have a lot of tabs and programs running in your computer at the time of class so that the speed of your computer is not affected.
How do I pay for classes?
Master Spanish Now! does not process payments. In order to ensure safety in the transactions we use Third-Party Payment Processing Services like PayPal and Stripe (so you can pay by credit or debit card). When you go to our Booking Page and select the package of classes you want to purchase, you will be redirected to the Payment Processing Website.
What's the time limit to book a class?
You can book your classes through our online calendar 12 hours in advance at most. Remember, the earlier you book the easier it will be for you to find suitable class slots.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 18 hours in advance, and we will refund the payment. To ask for a refund, please send an email to email@example.com within 3 days and we will refund it immediately. If cancellation occurs after the cancellation time limit (18 hours), the class will be charged, as we still need to pay our teachers who have planned the class and reserved that time for you.
How can I reschedule?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 18 hours in advance by clicking on the “Reschedule” button that appears in your Booking Confirmation Email or just going to our Calendar Site with your own account. You can always contact us if you have any doubts.
